Session for Stations: Critical Steps to Assure Success in Attracting Prospective Employees

The IBA is hosting its first of two career fairs in 2021 on Thursday, February 25th and Friday, February 26th.  In an effort to ensure the best experience for stations, the IBA is offering a series of programs in advance to improve connections made at the fair.

Starting on Thursday, February 4th – Laurie Kahn, Creator and President of Media Staffing Network,Inc., will start an eight-week series on attracting prospective employees, recruitment and retention, diversity, and hiring in a remote world.
