This year, the Indiana Broadcasters Association is proud to expand its commitment to supporting and empowering women across Indiana’s broadcasting industry with the launch of its first half-day women’s event, Women Who Rise. Designed to spark confidence, foster growth, and inspire bold leadership, this event will feature female industry leaders sharing the experiences and tools that shaped their careers, alongside Indiana broadcasters offering insight into their local journeys and professional growth.

Through dynamic conversations, meaningful broadcasting moments, and powerful stories that deserve to be heard, Women Who Rise creates a space where every woman can feel seen, valued, and amplified. This is where confidence grows, voices carry, and women rise—together.

This event is complimentary for IBA members, with free on-site parking, and lunch provided. The IBA has also secured a room block for anyone who needs accommodations the night before due to travel.
