Women Who Rise is happening soon—and the response has been incredible!
The Indiana Broadcasters Association is proud to launch its inaugural Women Who Rise half-day event, a new initiative dedicated to supporting, empowering, and elevating women across Indiana’s broadcasting industry.
This isn’t just another conference—it’s an opportunity to invest in yourself, build meaningful connections, and learn from women who have successfully navigated leadership, sales, programming, news, management, and ownership.
More than 50 women have already registered, and the excitement continues to grow. Our goal is to bring together 100 women from across Indiana’s broadcasting community—but we need you to help us get there! Don’t wait until the last minute to reserve your seat. Be part of this inaugural event and help make history as we launch what we hope becomes a signature annual gathering.
You’ll hear inspiring stories, practical leadership advice, and career-building insights from an outstanding lineup of industry leaders, including:
- Erica Farber, Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB)
- Kim Johnson, Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB)
- Amanda Fontaine, Mississippi Association of Broadcasters
- Darlene Park, Regional Vice President, Cumulus Media
- Dana Winklepleck, News Anchor, WTWO-TV
- Lindsay Stafford, General Sales Manager, Woof Boom Radio
- Kelly Trask, General Manager/Owner, Midnight Hour Broadcasting
- Kathy Uebler, General Sales Manager, Federated Media
Whether you’re just starting your career, growing into leadership, or looking for fresh inspiration, Women Who Rise is designed to leave you feeling energized, empowered, and connected to a network of women who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of broadcasting.
Let’s fill the room with 100 incredible women. Invite a coworker, encourage a mentor or mentee to attend, and be part of an event that celebrates the strength, leadership, and future of women in Indiana broadcasting.
When women rise, our industry rises with them. We can’t wait to see you there!
