The Next-Level Leadership Masterclass gives high-performing staff at local stations access to training typically reserved for national markets. Jeff Schmidt, Senior Vice President of Professional Development at the Radio Advertising Bureau, will lead the leadership training this summer — just as he does with broadcasters throughout the country.

The Next-Level Leadership Masterclass is a transformative two-day experience (with opening night-before reception) is designed to empower today’s managers and develop tomorrow’s leaders. Offered in a small-class setting, this program provides a unique opportunity for participants to connect, collaborate, and build a strong, supportive network with their peers.

Space is limited to 30 participants to preserve the program’s high-impact experience.

Registration is $100, with the IBA covering meals and hotel expenses. A hotel block in Westfield, Indiana has been secured for attendees and will be available for booking soon.
