The Indiana Broadcasters Association is celebrating diversity in our industry with a series of panel conversations throughout the month of June. The four-part series aims to address issues and provide solutions to make broadcasting in Indiana more inclusive.
IBA Launches Engineering Internship Program
Engineers are the foundation of any broadcasting station. Their ability to respond ensures stations stay on the air and connected to the communities they serve. The Indiana Broadcasters Association Engineering Internship Program provides college students the opportunity to learn more about broadcast engineering through a 14-week (length can vary from 12-16 weeks) paid program with stations across the state.
