During the session, Steve reveals the specific 14 traits that are inherent in the most successful content creators. Understanding these 14 traits will help broadcasters recruit more interesting people and will unlock ways to coach our talent more effectively

“Often, we look in the same places (and for the same things) when we recruit and coach talent, resulting in an incredible ‘sameness’ in our TV, radio, and digital content,” Wexler says. While stations that are registered for the career fair will be asked to attend, this workshop is open to all Indiana Broadcasters Association members.
