This weekend, the Indiana Broadcasters Foundation awarded nine students $5,000 scholarships to pursue degrees in broadcasting. Executive Director Dave Arland presented eight of the nine students with checks during a luncheon ceremony in Carmel. Over the past two years, the IBA has awarded $75,000 in scholarships to support the future of TV and radio in the state.
