Indiana broadcasters now have the opportunity to help the next generation of broadcasters as well as add an EEO Certificate of Participation for making a contribution to the annual Scholarship program.
Single Radio station members are asked to contribute $450, Radio station groups are asked to contribute $900, and TV members are asked to contribute $1,000 per commercial TV station to fund the annual effort. Stations who contribute financially must also commit to supplying a judge to evaluate scholarship applications.
The Indiana Broadcasters Foundation will award 10 college scholarships to deserving students studying broadcasting or a related field. Annually, the Foundation awards $5,000 scholarships that are funded by the Association, by member stations, and by individuals.
Deadline for entry is 11:59PM on Friday, February 2, 2024.
