Achieving Success in Difficult Times
International speaker, author, and Marine Corps veteran Erik Therwanger will share strategies to improve communication, strengthen performance, and achieve success in challenging times. This session is designed to help individuals and teams elevate results across every level of an organization. Sessions will be held in Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and Evansville.

The IBA’s first half-day women’s event is designed to empower and inspire women across Indiana broadcasting. Featuring industry leaders and local broadcasters, Women Who Rise will focus on confidence, career growth, leadership, and the power of shared experiences.

The Next-Level Leadership Masterclass
Led by Jeff Schmidt, Senior Vice President of Professional Development at the Radio Advertising Bureau, this two-day leadership experience is designed for high-performing station staff and emerging leaders.
Participants will gain valuable leadership skills while building connections with peers in a small-class setting limited to 30 attendees.
