The next session of P1 Plus: Seller Success Program begins July 13, and thanks to funding provided by your State Broadcasters Association, eligible participants can attend at no cost to the station or seller.

Designed specifically for newer sales professionals, P1 Plus gives managers a structured onboarding and development program that helps sellers build confidence, improve prospecting habits, strengthen client conversations, and create more effective proposals.

What sets P1 Plus apart from many sales training programs is its focus on implementation, not just information. Participants don’t simply watch videos or attend a one-time workshop. Throughout the seven-week program, they complete real-world assignments tied to active prospects and clients, receive weekly coaching from industry sales expert Speed Marriott, and are held accountable for applying what they learn.
