We’re almost there!
Casting the call one more time for that creative – fun – outgoing – social – leader – passionate – strategic person to lead the mission of a regional CHR in the midwest. In addition to the large FM signal, Star 106.9 (WXXC) needs to win on all platforms both digitally and face-to-face.

This program director will need to passionately lead the brand internally and externally. The number one job of this position is to constantly enhance, nurture, and grow “the listener experience.” A live daily airshift with audience engagement goals comes with this gig.

If you have programming experience in either CHR or HAC, understand the importance of every segue, see value in all content platforms, have strong talent coaching skills, and are ready to leave the old school bag of tricks at the door, let’s chat!
