Morning Show Co-Host

Job Description

Are you a Jesus follower with a passion for connecting with people? The WBCL Radio Network is looking for an engaging communicator to become the next co-host of our beloved morning team. We’re looking for someone who can share their faith in a genuine, relatable way across live radio and digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong on-air versatility, creative storytelling, and experience with digital and social media. Strong audio production experience is required.

On-Air Duties
• Co-host a regular live morning air shift
• Create digital and social content connected to the show
• Operate the control board and edit phone bits, interviews, and audio content
• Contribute to daily show planning and creative content development
• Can collaborate on audio production
• Potential podcast host for the right fit

Required Skills

General Qualifications
• 2-5 years’ on-air experience (preferably within the CCM market)
• Efficient in production using Adobe or similar tools
• Efficient and experienced with creating digital/social media content
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in communications, broadcasting, or similar field desired
