Webinar (Replay) to Prepare Stations for this Spring’s Indiana Radio License Renewal

The eight year license term has gone by in what might seem like the blink of an eye, but by April 1, radio stations in Indiana will need to file their license renewal applications.  TV follows just a year behind.

With the public file online, a broadcaster’s activities will no doubt be subject to much more scrutiny than in the past.  The application requires lots of certifications and is filed in a new FCC database.

With only a few months to go before the deadline, what should you be doing to prepare for your license renewal filing?

IBA Washington Counsel David Oxenford discusses of some of the issues you should be considering in connection with this important upcoming license renewal deadline.

Oxenford held a webinar earlier this year on Political Advertising.  If you missed it, you can watch the full replay here.
