This year, the Indiana Broadcasters Association is proud to expand its commitment to supporting and empowering women across Indiana’s broadcasting industry with the launch of its first half-day women’s event, Women Who Rise. Designed to spark confidence, foster growth, and inspire bold leadership, this event will feature female industry leaders sharing the experiences and tools that shaped their careers, alongside Indiana broadcasters offering insight into their local journeys and professional growth.
