With AM radio disappearing from new cars, the IBA is doing its part to educate lawmakers and auto manufacturers about why that’s a bad idea. There are 80 AM radio stations in Indiana, broadcasting a wide-array of formats. In addition, many Hoosier communities depend on AM radio for emergency alerts, so it’s also a matter of public safety.

The purpose of this site is to be resource center for national and local campaigns to keep AM radio in new cars, as well as a news hub for items related to AM radio advocacy. We hope this will be a place stations can share ideas and content promoting AM radio.
