Are you a passionate Jesus follower with a gift for authentic, engaging communication? The WBCL Radio Network is seeking a dynamic broadcaster to lead our popular morning drive show.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Communicates with warmth, clarity, and creativity
• Has strong on-air presence and production skills
• Is experienced with digital and social media platforms
• Can collaborate on audio production and podcasting
This role also includes assisting our Production Director and Podcast Producer, with future opportunities to host your own podcast.

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2-5 years’ on-air experience (preferably within the CCM market)
• Efficient in production using Adobe or similar tools
• Efficient and experienced with creating digital/social media content
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Broadcasting
