Business Development Specialist

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site, role located in Muncie, IN.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating new business, developing and executing marketing plans, and meeting revenue goals. Additionally, the BDS will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and actively participating in station promotions and events.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong sales and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Experience in media sales or advertising industries is a plus
-Knowledge and experience with digital advertising and social media
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Familiarity with the Muncie, IN market is a plus

Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to commute to Muncie each day.

Education Required

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
