Promotions Coordinator

Job Description

Federated Media Fort Wayne is seeking a full-time Promotions Coordinator to support promotions, contesting, events, and community engagement across five market-leading radio brands.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting on-air promotions, digital campaigns, and live events. The Promotions Coordinator works closely with the Promotions Director to ensure promotions are organized, accurate, and executed at a high level.

Required Skills

– Execute promotions and contests using vPromotions and PRFs
– Schedule on-air giveaways and coordinate with programming staff
– Manage prize fulfillment, inventory, and winner documentation
– Assist with station events, remotes, and live broadcasts
– Support website, social, and digital promotional content
– Maintain promotional calendars, deadlines, and records

Education Required

– 1–2 years promotions, radio, or event experience preferred
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
– Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license
