About the Role
Are you an energetic, relationship-driven professional with a passion for marketing and a mind for business? Midwest Communications is looking for a Multimedia Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team.

With over 75 years of trusted radio broadcasting in the community and an established suite of digital marketing products, we help local businesses grow through smart, integrated strategies.

What You’ll Do
• Build strong and meaningful relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Sell multimedia solutions including radio, streaming audio, SEM, YouTube ads, and geofencing display
• Identify client goals and craft marketing plans that deliver measurable results
• Manage leads and opportunities with the support of our CRM and experienced marketing team
• Keep up with local business trends and evolving media strategies

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong business acumen and ability to position marketing as a growth investment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
• Comfortable using digital tools and understanding advertising tech
