Key radio and TV station personnel (engineers and other key responsible staff) need to fill out the below form to receive your 2022-2023 First Response Broadcaster Identification Cards. These cards are not intended for use by news, management, or sales personnel. The First Response Broadcaster program helps key engineering personnel to pass through police lines to access broadcast transmitters that keep stations “on the air” in order to continue to broadcast emergency information to the public.
