As our Digital Sales Manager, you’ll lead the charge in growing our digital revenue by empowering our sales team, guiding clients toward game-changing campaigns, and keeping us ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape. You’ll be the go-to digital guru, helping both our team and our clients understand how to leverage today’s most effective platforms to build their brands and drive results.

Required Skills

What You’ll Do

Be the digital expert – mastering our suite of solutions, from podcast and streaming audio to social media, OTT/CTV, display, reputation management and beyond!
Coach & inspire – join client meetings, train our sales reps, and share your knowledge in a way that makes digital fun, easy, and exciting.
Collaborate & connect – work together with our sales team, leadership, clients, and vendor partners to deliver creative, full-funnel digital marketing solutions.
Strategize & innovate – build campaigns, customized opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies that help us stand out in Indy’s competitive media scene.
Champion results – oversee campaign execution, lead recap meetings, measure performance, and celebrate client wins while pushing for even bigger ones.

Education Required

What We’re Looking For

A natural leader and coach with a passion for mentoring others.
A creative problem-solver who can simplify the complex world of digital for clients and teammates.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5+ years of experience in digital sales, media, or marketing is a big plus (but what we really want is passion, curiosity, and drive).
2+ years of experience in a management role.
Excellent presentation skills are required, as are strong verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues successfully.
Time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and software-savvy – ability to learn multiple, new software programs easily; previous exposure to e-Commerce sites, CRM tools and digital marketing/advertising software preferred.
