Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and develop new client relationships across Central Indiana with the opportunity to sell nationwide as well.
Sell a wide range of digital marketing solutions: social, email, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio & more!
Pitch high-impact campaigns that connect brands with our massive local audience.
Collaborate with a team of creative pros and beloved local on-air talent.
Represent radio stations that are LIVE, LOCAL, and deeply connected to the community.

Required Skills

What You Bring:

1–3+ years of outside sales experience (any industry!)
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
A “hunter” mindset—you love the thrill of the chase.
Digital savvy—you understand how to sell and position modern marketing tools.
Curiosity, creativity, and confidence when talking to business decision-makers.

Education Required
