The Indiana Broadcasters Association will recognize outstanding achievement in broadcasting by Indiana radio and television stations over the past year during the 32nd Annual Spectrum Awards on Thursday, October 24th, at the 502 East Event Centre in Carmel, Ind.
Each entry is $30 and individual stations may submit up to five entries per category. Submissions must be received by Wednesday, July 31st at 11:59 p.m.
Instructions on how to submit entries through RockOurAwards.com
Create a profile (username and password) by clicking the “Register” button on the top of the homepage.
Complete the information (be sure to select the correct market for your station or cluster) and click “Register an Account.”
From the homepage you can review Pinnacle Awards rules, submit an entry, view and edit an entry, or edit your station’s information.
To enter a category, click “Entry Form” and fill in the information. The headline/title should be what you would want shown on a plaque.
Acceptable file formats to upload to the site include .mp3, .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .doc, docx, .wma, .pdf, .mp4, .wmv and .mov files.
IMPORTANT To ensure server space for all states, RockOurAwards.com requires video entries to be linked from YouTube, Vimeo, other video hosting sites, or a station website. Simply copy/paste the videos URL in the “Add Link” section. Only under very specific circumstances will a video file be accepted for upload.
Special characters should be avoided in file names. Stick with letters, numbers, &, dots, dashes and underscores.
If paying your Spectrum Awards fees through PayPal, click on the My Billing tab at the top of the page. After reviewing your pending entries, click “Continue to Billing” and complete your transaction through PayPal.
If paying your entry fees directly with a credit card, please reach out to the Indiana Broadcasters Association.
If you have questions or are running into trouble, email info@rockourawards.com or call 800-471-1875.
