Newscast Director

Job Description

WPTA-TV in Fort Wayne Indiana is seeking applicants for a full time Newscast Director.

WPTA will utilize the Ross Overdrive automated news production system for newscasts. The successful candidate will have experience with live directing, excellent computer skills, and leadership qualities in a studio environment.

Required Skills

Experience with production, Ross Vision and Xpression products is a plus, along with basic knowledge of non-linear editing and graphics production. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is also a major plus.
