Local and National Sales Assistant
Job Description
Looking for a VERY detail-oriented and organized person to help our company!
The person fulfilling this role will be responsible for aiding the Sales Department with –
• Order entry
• Traffic instructions entry
• Commercial production requests
• Spot times and reports
• Invoice requests
• Promotional recaps
• Promotional fulfillment and promotion requests
• Order fulfillment process
• Aging notes
• Scheduling streaming ads
• Update station websites
• National agency fulfillment
Required Skills
Applicants need previous data entry and administrative experience with typical Microsoft Office products. Marketron software experience is a huge plus!
Education Required
An associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
