Digital Media & Promotions Manager – Full Time & Onsite

Who we are:
• Brewer Broadcasting Inc is a well-established family-owned and operated small market radio group serving the communities in East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio.

Brewer Broadcasting seeks a motivated happy human to be our Digital Media & Promotions Manager. This role supports the well-established digital and promotional assets for our radio stations, KICKS 96, 101.7 The Point and 95.3 The Legend.

This “Rock Star” position requires a friendly, organized, creative and critical thinking collaborator. Experience in the entertainment industry is great but not required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, proactive, and detail oriented. To thrive in this role, you should be willing to roll up your sleeves to get any task done, be able to work efficiently and autonomously, and be able to identify areas of improvement.

If there was such thing as a “typical week”, it might include:
• Coordinating and drafting station promotions and client tie-ins from concept to complete
• Developing and maintain relationships with promotional partners, vendors, and internal team
• Creating professional quality digital content and client ads in both graphic and sometimes in video format – so it’s fantastic if you excel in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Working with local charities to the mutual benefit of the community, the charity, and the stations
• Assisting on-air talent with social media posts and fan engagement/interaction
• Coaching and sharing feedback to the team related to digital and promotional elements
• Creating digital content. That could include anything from building landing pages and virtual events to photos and videos for digital ads and social media use
• Adding / removing banners and graphics. Updating apps, landing pages, navigation menu items, and blog posts. Doing good things to improve our SEO and engagement
• Tracking data through Google Analytics, social media analytics and other indicators and creating a monthly summary report that’s easy to understand for others that may be less techie
• Expect various requests related to promotions and digital elements to pop up from time to time

Required Skills

• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse team
• Must have strong writing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, website management
• Experience using social media and digital marketing platforms
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Education Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Google certification a plus
