Broadcasters Impacted by COVID Could Seek IRS Tax Benefits – Including Cash Back
As part of the federal CARES Act, broadcasters are eligible for Employee Retention Tax Credits for payroll expenses not covered already by a Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loan. The additional assistance is the result of efforts by the National Association of Broadcasters and IBA to help stations whose businesses were severely impacted by the pandemic.

IBA Launches Engineering Internship Program
Engineers are the foundation of any broadcasting station. Their ability to respond ensures stations stay on the air and connected to the communities they serve. The Indiana Broadcasters Association Engineering Internship Program provides college students the opportunity to learn more about broadcast engineering through a 14-week (length can vary from 12-16 weeks) paid program with stations across the state.
