There is new radio and TV creative for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.  The spots called “Where It Started” should begin airing on Friday, September 1st.  There is also a new animated TV spot for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission which should begin airing September 1st.

Each PEP partner should appear on separate orders/invoices to ensure accurate reporting.

Your station’s support of PEP makes it possible for the IBA to provide a wealth of services to members including the Cardinal Community Service Awards, IBA Legal Hotlines, P1 Sales Training, and helping to support the November 3rd Indiana Broadcasters Conference.

How Often Should The Spots Air?

Radio spots should each air 20 times per month on each radio station and TV spots should air at least 10 times each, Monday through Sunday from 6A-12A, so every radio station should now be airing 40 IBA PEP spots in August.

As noted above, each spot has a specific ISCI code.  Please use them when coding for invoices.

Campaigns need to be invoiced separately.  If your station(s) is only providing one invoice for all campaigns, which is not recommended, please make sure that spot titles are included on each line so that we can differentiate between the three partners while reconciling invoices.
