“While I only worked with Dale for a short time, I was impressed by his thorough approach with ABIP inspections and his deep knowledge of the broadcasting industry. Always courteous and careful, Dale worked so hard to minimize expenses to IBA but also meet the high standard of quality ABIP inspections. I encourage anyone with warm memories of Dale to share them with his family. The IBA will be making a memorial contribution in his name,” said IBA Executive Director Dave Arland.
