Required Skills:

Duties:
Oversee timely writing, voicing and production of commercials as requested by sales department.
Work closely with sales staff to develop campaigns for RRPI advertisers, including creation of spec spots.
Coach clients and air staff to get the best “read” of a script.
Meet all deadlines for traffic and sales including last minute, next day requests.
Assign and direct on-air staff in the production of commercials for clients.
Track and correct daily commercial discrepancy reports.Coordinate the traffic department and sales staff to expedite radio commercials and rotation of commercials according to client or sales department specifications.
Produce station promos/imaging requested by Program Directors.
Develop, implement and maintain systems to improve quality and efficiency of Production Department outputs to both internal and external clients.
Manage relationships with third-party production services such as music/sfx providers and voice services.
Participate in relevant skill building workshops as it applies to the ongoing development of the function.
Stay current with all relevant industry information as it applies to the overall job responsibility.
Assist with any and all Musical Fireworks soundtracks and other projects.
Voicetrack a daily on-air shift.
Remote broadcasts as assigned.
Setup and on air support for all RRPI station events.
Other duties as assigned.

An energetic and outgoing “people person”
Must be very well organized, able to multi-task, and manage time well in order to meet all assigned deadlines.
Should have a record of excelling in a team environment and have strong audio production, computer literacy, and solid writing abilities.
