This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate has significant reporting and anchoring experience and now wants to connect with the audience on an even greater level. In addition to anchoring, job duties include special project assignments, reporting of major stories and digital/social media contributions.
Our anchors are newsroom leaders who help mentor and grow producers and reporters. The ideal candidate will write and edit scripts with conversational communication in mind. We are looking for a versatile, enterprising self-starter who is fast, efficient and works well under tight deadlines.
