Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the broadcast industry.
Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook Express.
High School Diploma
Medical, Dental, Matching 401k, Paid Vacation, Station Holidays and more.
• Answer multi-line phone.
• Greet clients, on-air guests, visitors, job applicants, and contest winners.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and add postage to outgoing mail.
• Maintain office supplies.
• Assist Sales team as needed.
• Perform general office duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
