Job Description

The country’s top-rated* Hot AC WLBC is growing. WLBC is a Hot AC full-service station, and we are hiring a morning show host to anchor the daily, live, in-person air shift. The job includes running all associated equipment to execute the market’s #1 rated morning show. Additionally, this person will assist in commercial production, remote broadcasts, appearances, and other programming duties.

The requirements are a tremendous on-air sound with at least three years of experience. Knowledge is East Central Indiana a plus but not required. We are an equal opportunity employer. Required Skills

Minimum 5 years full time on air experience.
Fully versed in digital audio and computer technology – ideal: Flex software, Adobe Audition, and more.

Education Required

Traditional education is not required if you have comparable experience.
