Sales Support Assistant

Job Description

WLFI-TV is seeking an Experienced Sales Support Assistant to join our award-winning team. WLFI-TV is a small market station. We’re a dominant #1 station (on-air and online) with great resources and a long tradition of success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Includes the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Work as an active and involved member of the team performing any task needed to support the retention and growth of advertising accounts and prospects.
• Provide sales support to include but not limited to:
a. Inputting local and national sales orders
b. Work with political buyers, input political orders and maintaining political files
c. Responsible for all paid programming airing on the station
d. Back up for traffic department and other positions as assigned
e. Assist in researching problems that develop with accounts and troubleshoot
f. Generating sales reports
g. Excellent customer assistance

Required Skills

Job Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to generate reports
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient use of Google Workspace
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Keyboarding skills
• College degree preferred
• Previous experience preferred, but not a must
• Background Check.

• College degree preferred
