WLFI is looking for high energy individuals that enjoy meeting and working with new people to join our growing and collaborative team environment.

Position Summary:
The Junior Account Executive works to increase sales volume by aggressively seeking new customers for both TV and Digital business. This person will learn the aspects of the television advertising industry, the local market and business development strategies and will be on the path to becoming a full Media Account Executive. Base salary plus commission and bonus potential.

Required Skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Secure new business in both TV and Digital categories
• Prospect for new business through cold-calling (in-person and on phone), networking and more
• Achieve assigned revenue goals for TV and digital sales
• Build and maintain quality relationships with accounts
• Research, prepare and deliver sales presentations with marketing solutions
• Participation in periodic product launch/sales training

Education Required

Requirements & Skills:
• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Entrepreneurial with a goal achievement orientation
• Multi-tasker with ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and e-skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Background Check
