Job Description

Work in the WRTV newsroom with the assignment desk, newscast producers, digital content producers, and reporters. perform assigned duties as relating to internship. develop skills based on the area supporting, other duties as assigned

Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Strong desire to learn more about the industry
Ability to work with a team
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work a wide variety of days and shifts, including weekends. Station can be flexible based on course schedule.

Education Required

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Internships are intended to be positions that are for a limited duration (June – August)
Completion of junior or senior level of education, preferably in journalism, broadcasting, or other related communications degrees
