Graphics Design Manager

Job Description

The Design Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design team in the creation of all graphic art materials for WXIN/WTTV, including news graphics, promos, commercials, social media content, and digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and trends, as well as a passion for art and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the design vision for WXIN/WTTV
Work with producers, reporters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and create designs that meet their goals
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
Provide feedback and guidance to team members on their work
Represent the design team to other departments and stakeholders
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in design, with a focus on broadcast or digital media
Strong understanding of design principles and trends
Portfolio of creative work
Passion for art and creativity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
