Digital/Television Sales Manager

Job Description

WPTA Television, Inc., the NBC and ABC affiliates in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and Television Sales Manager.

This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of WPTA multimedia sales efforts, primary focus on managing the local staff and revenue budget. Candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. One must also be accomplished with the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.  Must be also willing to learn and master industry dedicated computer software applications

Required Skills

The successful candidate will be an aggressive self-starter with excellent communication skills, closing skills and a winning attitude.  Prior digital and televisions sales and marketing experience is preferred.  You must have the ability to lead the local sales team, educate, train and assist with developing multimedia strategies and custom advertising solutions for new and existing account development.  WPTA is comprised of ABC, NBC, MyTV and CW.
