The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of writing and developing commercial copy that moves customers to market. Building great customer relationships, identifying the best business opportunities and solutions while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions is key to being successful in this role. Supporting our Account Executives and our Customers (and prospective ones) is a must. You’ll work in our Muncie building every day, plus enjoy interacting with Listeners and Clients at Live Action Broadcasts and events.

Required Skills

3+ years’ of full time On air and Radio Production experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Radio Industry.
