Thank you for registering for the 2023 IBA Career Fair! Please follow our instructions and download the spots below.

On October 2, doors open at 1:00PM for station setup. Job Seekers will be welcome from 2:00PM to 5:00PM. The Spectrum Awards and Hall of Fame Event will follow the event that evening, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse (with a separate admission ticket). If you need a hotel room for Monday night please use our hotel block.

Parking is free at the facility’s Virginia Avenue garage, and there is a covered walkway that connects to the Fieldhouse or first floor access to the Fieldhouse via the Delaware Street entrance.

For participating stations, we ask that you adhere to the following three guidelines in order to receive an EEO credit certificate:

1. Update your Job Postings on the IBA website (as this is the primary way that Job Seekers will find out about available openings.)
2. Promote the event On-Air. Download the IBA Spots below.
3. “Dress for Success” by putting your best foot forward as we look to attract young talent to our industry. This applies to table presentations as well as your team. The most attractive and engaging displays typically win the most attention from Job Seekers.”
