James Conner, IBA Chairman of the Board

The Indiana Broadcasters Association (IBA)
enters its 62nd year representing the radio and television broadcasters of Indiana. 

The IBA’s member broadcasters enjoy a wide variety of services including legal counsel, professional development and training, achievement recognition, employee recruitment job fairs and lobbying at the state and federal levels.

The IBA provides scholarships to students in curricula pertaining to the broadcasting industry.

The IBA is a 501c(6) not-for-profit corporation. Membership includes commercial and non-commercial radio and television stations, public broadcasters, educational institutions, lower power radio and television, commercial associates, individuals and students.

The association is managed by a full time President/Chief Executive Officer and governed by a 23-member board of directors.

The IBA is a member of the National Alliance of State Broadcast Associations (NASBA)
